The Grove Hotel is an outstanding resort set in 300 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. When enjoying the stunning scenery and immersed in the grandeur of an 18th century country estate it is hard to believe you are only 18 miles from central London. This 5 star hotel effortlessly blends traditional features with modern technology.
The Grove has 217 luxury guest rooms which all feature temperature control, satellite TV, Bose docking station, Wi-Fi and views across the impressive estate.
There are 3 restaurants on site at the hotel to indulge your taste buds. Take the time to relax in one of the 3 bars after a round of golf. If you are a large group or society you can make use of the players lounge which has surrounding floor to ceiling glass panels.
Complimentary access to the Spa is included when staying at the hotel. With a black mosaic tiled pool, fitness studio, sauna and a range of treatments available. The Golf Course - The Grove Golf Break
The Grove golf course is a new and exciting edition to the UK’s impressive golf portfolio. Designed by Kyle Philips the course opened for play in September 2003. Kyle is responsible for another of the UK’s masterpieces at Kingsbarns, many people feel he has equalled this magnificent achievement with Ernie Els saying “it is the best conditioned course in Europe”. The design incorporates the existing layout of the land as it winds through mature forestry and serene lakes leading you to large, fast, undulating greens. An 18 hole, par 72 parkland course that measures 7,152 yards from the back tees. The Grove hosted the World Golf Championships in 2006 and the British Masters in 2016.
