About the destination
The Hotel Bonalba Alicante Golf Resort is located in the quaint area of Mutxamel, Alicante and is close to many of Alicantes most popular golf courses including Bonalba Golf, Font de Llop, Alicante Golf, El Plantio Golf, Alenda and the Villaitana Golf Resort.
The nearest beach is within two kilometers and there is a good choice of local nightlife in the town, Alicante city is just a ten minutes drive away.
The hotel has been a popular choice for Costa Blanca golf holidays for some time as it offers quality accommodation with easy access to the on-site Bonalba golf course which is only 200 yards from the hotel. There are 257 well decorated and comfortable guest rooms that come with a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, latex Aloe Vera mattresses and a private balcony.
The Hotel Bonalba offers a buffet restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, an Irish pub and a cafe lounge with a terrace for your all your after round of golf relaxation needs. The resort has a spa with a heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna and massage treatments are also available.

The Golf Courses - Hotel Bonalba Alicante Golf Holidays
Bonalba golf course is an 18 hole par 72 parkland layout designed by by D. Ramon Espinosa that measures 6,973 yards from the back tees. A good short game is needed for the front 9 holes whilst a good drive will put you in a good position for most of the back 9. The course opened for play in 1995 and has since hosted numerous professional golf competitions such as the Costa Blanca Challenge, European Challenge Tour and the first round of the National Professional Golf Circuit. With 5 tactically placed lakes and undulating greens this course requires a mix of power and skill to finish with a good score.
Alenda golf course is a championship design surrounded by palm, pine, carob & olive trees that was designed by Roland Favrat to adhere to the natural flow of the land and respect the local flora. The first 9 holes feature relatively wide fairways for a gentle start that soon becomes more tricky on the back 9 where a deft touch of skill is needed to master the undulations around the greens. An 18 hole par 72 parkland course which measures 6,843 yards when played from the white tees. The course opened in 1999 and covers 49 hectares of land.
